About BolpatraCheck

BolpatraCheck is a web platform for evaluating bids under Nepal's Public Procurement Act 2063 and Regulation 2064, following the PPMO standard bidding documents (1S1E and 1S2E) and the bid-opening (Muchulka) record.

It is a reference tool: every result must be checked against the approved bidding document and the law before a decision is taken.

Platform version 0.1 (foundation). The evaluation rules follow the Bid Evaluation workbook v1.1.
